Workshop Descriptions

Workshop - Discover Yourself
Through selected readings, interactive sessions and self-reflection, build upon your understanding of how our self-esteem is developed. Get to know yourself in a deeper sense and learn to trust your intuition. Loving ourselves is not selfish. It is a way of honouring our gifts and bringing forth the best version of ourselves to the world. In a small group of like-minded people you will recover the hidden treasures of your beautiful self.
Workshop - Discover Your Boundaries
We all have innate boundaries. Babies will let you know when they are not pleased with an action. As we grow, we learn to adjust the limits of our boundaries to be accepted by those around us.
Boundaries are a natural and necessary part of being human. When we consistently put others' needs before our own, we may think we are being compassionate, but it is draining. It takes precious energy to deny our needs on a regular basis. It can make us feel exhausted over time and eventually we may develop painful resentments. As we continue to put others first, we may shrink to give them more space. This can rob us of our valuable energy and time.
Learning to find and maintain our boundaries can seem daunting but it is an important part of personal growth. It is time to reclaim the true nature of ourselves. It is time to put our energy towards creating the life that makes us feel purposeful and authentic.
Expanding Your Boundaries
Ever feel like you’re giving from an empty cup? True connection begins with knowing where you end and others begin. Join us for a transformative workshop designed to help you navigate the journey from self-discovery to self-advocacy.
Boundaries aren't walls to keep people out; they are gates that protect your peace. Setting boundaries often feels like "being mean" at first because we’ve been conditioned to prioritize harmony over honesty. However, clarity is kindness. By being clear about what you can and cannot do, you provide others with the truth, which is the only foundation a real relationship can stand on.
Equip yourself with the tools to stay consistent. Discover how to honour your limits with confidence, making sure your own growth never takes a backseat to life’s daily demands.
Exploring Your Shadow
Deep within each of us lies a hidden reservoir of untapped potential, quiet desires, and forgotten strengths. As children, we naturally learned to adapt to the world around us. In our innocent effort to secure the love, approval, and safety of our families and society, we quietly tucked away parts of ourselves that felt "too much" or unacceptable at the time.
Jungian pioneer Jean Monbourquette beautifully described this as placing parts of ourselves into a bag. While this bag certainly holds our unexpressed pain, anger, or fears, it also contains something incredibly precious: your "golden shadow."
When we are told to "stop showing off" or to "be quiet," we don't just hide our flaws—we bury our natural leadership, our vivid creativity, our fierce passions, and our unique talents.
This gentle, supportive workshop is an invitation to safely open that bag and reclaim the treasures you left behind. Together, we will:
-
Create a Safe Space: Explore the unconscious mind with kindness, curiosity, and zero judgment.
-
Reclaim Your Strengths: Identify the beautiful, positive traits—your inner artist, leader, or truth-teller—that you were taught to suppress.
-
Integrate Your Whole Self: Learn how to welcome back these lost pieces, transforming them into fuel for a more authentic, passionate, and empowered life.
"By opening the bag, we don't just face our shadows—we reclaim our hidden gold."
You do not have to leave parts of yourself behind to belong. Join us as we gently step into the dark to bring your brightest light back into the world.
